Let’s talk about why this exists: Ostensibly, this exists because “liberal criticizes liberals” is the kind of counterintuitive statement against self-interest that newspaper opinion sections love to run. And the kind that the New York Times particularly loves to run if it’s a liberal criticizing liberals.
I am so goddamn tired of the NYT. The half baked hot takes from mediocre white people. The parroting of rightwing talking points. Their enabling of anti trans bigots. And more.
